Well, I sold this little gem today! What a great find! Not much else is going on so I did a little listing tonight, which was somewhat hampered by the incredible storms we had pass through Arkansas. We had some really damaging storms the end of last week and trees are down all over the place still. I'm feeling very blessed to be safe and tucked into my warm, dry little home... WITH power and internet. Lucky me! :)

Welcome. Pardon my simple blog, I'm new at this.

Why write a blog about my life? Well because everyone else does, of course. No, that's not really my answer.

I'm working on self improvement. And hopefully my own self improvement will help or inspire others. I try to be a cheery person and succeed most of the time. I'm embarking on the path of appreciating what I have and looking forward to what is coming, instead of barking about what I have not.
